In celebration of overcoming jet lag, well not really just wonderful timing, we went out on the town our first weekend on the island! One of Daniel’s friends, native of the island, took us out to show us some of the local music scene. It was an amazing time, really enjoyed hearing some wonderful reggae.

Also, the other day while Daniel was at work I ventured down to the bistro here at the hotel and popped in for a cup of coffee to go. Unfortunately it was a no go, but they offered to let me borrow a cup and saucer if I would return it later. Just a small bit of kindness that made my morning, enjoying it on the porch with the slight drizzle of rain, my definition of perfection.
Well, off to check out Guam International Raceway. There are some bike and quad races going on that Daniel wants to scope out so he can join in next season.
